Terms & Conditions

1. When we start the voice over, preproduction, and writing process, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the package rate will be recorded.
2. Packages contain 3 rounds of changes to the first demo made; any changes afterward may require payment. Remember, a very clear and accurate brief from the beginning will assist us in writing and producing exactly what you want.
3. Full epayment is mandatory before the delivery of the final result. After we have verified your payment, you will receive your work via email.
4. Once you buy the voice over service, we provide you with an exclusive, online, in-store, and on-hold license available for use. You will not pay any charges fees or royalty.
5. Copyright will be the property of Shaatu.com
6. All the prices are inclusive of GST.

Usage Terms

1. Commercials, TV, online, and radio is given with a 12-month usage license.
2. An additional 100% charge of the initial job fee will be incurred after usage of over 12 months.

Payment Terms

1. 50% payment is made in Advance and the remaining 50% after getting the files.
2. Payment can be made by PayPal, direct bank deposit, Western Union, Payoneer, payments, or through any money transfer service.
